Yes, we absolutely offer customizations to make your event extra special! You can add:

• Balloon arches
• Custom cups or stickers
• Custom menus

These are available for an additional cost. The easiest way to add them is to go ahead and book your event first, and then simply contact us to discuss and arrange the customizations you’d like to include.

If your preferred date or time isn’t available on the booking link, please message us directly. We’ll do our best to see if we can make something work for your event!

While our trailer is designed for outdoor service only, we can definitely still be a part of your indoor event! We’re happy to park our trailer right outside your venue and serve your guests from there.

Yes, you can absolutely add more time to your already-booked event! Just message us and we’ll work out the details. Please note that additional time comes at an extra cost.

• What is your guest count? Our setup works best for events where guests can easily access our outdoor service. While we can park outside an indoor event, consider how your guests will flow to and from our trailer.
• Do you envision a unique and customizable experience? We specialize in offering those extra touches like balloon arches, custom cups/stickers, and custom menus, which can truly personalize your event. If these options appeal to you, we’re definitely worth considering.
• What are your logistical needs? Remember we are an outdoor-only service. If your entire event must be strictly indoors with no outdoor access, we wouldn’t be able to serve your guests directly. However, if you have outdoor space available for our trailer, even if the main event is inside, we can make it work!
