Meet The Team

Talese

Hey guys! I’m Talese, co-owner of Grind Coffee Shop. I grew up in a small town in northern Utah.

Coffee wasn’t always a huge part of my day-to-day until I met Elisabeth, my sister-in-law, who turned me into a coffee fanatic! We enjoyed coffee dates together and always talked about opening our own shop one day. Little did we know it would become a reality so soon! Now, we both can’t survive without our morning coffee, hence why our slogan is “But First, Coffee!”

My favorite thing to do is travel! You will often catch me in my spare time planning my next vacation.

My go-to drink is a hazelnut praline latte or a cortadito.

I enjoy spending my time with my family, practicing yoga, and being outdoors – four wheeling, snowmobiling, etc.

Aside from running Grind Coffee, I’m a bookkeeper!

I can’t wait to meet you!

Elisabeth

Hey there! My name is Elisabeth Rose, and I am the other co-owner of Grind Coffee! I grew up in Southern Oregon, where the coffee industry is very prominent. Coffee has not just been my main source of caffeine for years – but also a way to connect with my friends and family.

I first began to learn about coffee when I was in college. My most productive study sessions often revolved around a hot latte in my favorite hometown coffee shops. I loved observing the calming atmosphere that invited first dates, business meetings, and book clubs. I often imagined opening up my own one day and sharing a space where people can come together!

Talese and I began with a small concept of Grind Coffee and grew our dream into a reality together. We are proud of the finished product and cannot wait to share it with you!

Outside of creating delicious coffee in our cute trailer, you can find me hiking, going to the gym, reading, and spending time with family!
